Portable vacuum Recovery
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: PORTABLE VACUUM RECOVERY UNIT WITH VACUUM SILO – FOR PAINT ROOM PAINT FLAKES REMOVAL
The Portable Vacuum Recovery Unit with Vacuum Silo is designed to collect small particles, dust, and paint flakes generated inside the painting room during and after coating application. This system ensures a clean, safe working environment by efficiently extracting debris from block pockets, intermediate areas, and final finishing zones.
How It Works
A hose is connected inside the painting room to the Vacuum Silo. Vacuum generated by the recovery system draws small particles and paint dust into the silo tank, where material is temporarily stored. A level gauge monitors dust quantity inside the silo. When the gauge senses fullness, a flickering lamp illuminates and the suction motor automatically stops to prevent overfilling.
From the silo tank, dust is transferred to the Cyclone, where centrifugal force separates the material. Separated dust is dispensed at the bottom of the cyclone into a mounted dust box for storage. Any remaining dust not separated by the cyclone proceeds to the Dust Collector, passing through filter cartridges for purification before clean air is released.
Key Components – Vacuum Cleaner
Cyclone – Primary dust separation via centrifugal force
Dust Collector – Final purification using filter cartridges
Roots Blower – Generates vacuum power
Exhaust Silencer – Reduces noise from exhausting clean air
Key Components – Silo Tank
Suction Inlet – Connection point for hose
Casing – Temporary dust storage
Level Gauge – Monitors dust quantity with fullness alert
Suction Outlet – Interconnection to Vacuum Recovery unit
