EBE 500S (STEEL/CONCRETE)

The Blastrac EBE 500S is a hydraulic-driven steel blast cleaning machine with a 500 mm working width for medium and large horizontal steel jobs. It prepares steel before recoating and removes existing paint and coatings, and its wider blast path reduces both job time and maintenance costs.

Like the EBE 350S, it runs in a closed circuit with a Blastrac industrial dust collector for near dust-free operation, and carries an independent hydraulic drive motor on each rear wheel for easy handling and a consistent blast profile. A lowering kit reduces the machine height to 1460 mm for tighter clearances. It suits ship decks, steel plates, oil platform helicopter decks and walkways, and bridge decks.
