We are pleased to be awarded a most modern Blasting and Coating facility for Arabian Rig Manufacturing, Saudi Arabia. Arabian Rig Manufacturing is Joint Venture between Aramco and National Oil Varco, Houston, Texas.
The project consist of one climate controlled Blast Room (24mx19mx11m) and two climate controlled Paint Room facility (24mx19mx11m) accommodated in 72 meter(L) x 19 meter(W) x 11 meter(H) Building with PVC coated electrically operated entry and exit doors and safe passage Door partitioning the building between Blast Room and two paint Rooms.
The crane Passage Doors are the designed by EUROBLAST to travel the entire length of the building with in-house Engineering.
In addition, 3 numbers of medium type Blast Room and 3 numbers medium type Paint Room for dedicated work shop in the facility is also included in the scope. The project is under construction and handed over will be by July 2021.
The civil part of the project is done by M/s. ARCON ARNAOUT CONTRACTING EST and the building structure is done by M/s. ZAMIL STEEL, SAUDI ARABIA.
EUROBLAST scope includes among others
1. Conceptual design at the time of the project tender
2. Detailed design Engineering after receipt of order
3. Interface management with civil and structural team to freeze specifications
4. Equipment design and construction
5. Installation design and installation
7. Mechanical testing of equipment
8. Commissioning and handover
